AS Roma Officially Borrow Bryan Reynolds from Dallas FC
2021-02-11 17:09ROME - AS Roma has officially registered right-back from the United States, Bryan Reynolds, to the Italian League organizing authority, Lega Serie A. The 19-year-old right-back joined the status of a loan player from one of the Major League Soccer (MLS) contestants, Dallas FC.
The club from the Italian capital registered Reynolds as the latest recruitment to LegaSerie Ap on the last day of the winter transfer window this time, Monday (1/2) local time. "AS Roma has registered Reynolds 'loan contract from Dallas FC to the Lega Serie A. Lega Serie A has also confirmed Reynolds' registration process on its official website," wrote the Italian Football report, Monday (1/2) today WIB.
As reported by the transfermarkt page, Roma will borrow Reynolds until the end of the season. Roma also has the option of changing Reynolds' move to permanent at the end of the loan period. However, Rome must prepare a pocket of 7.5 million euros.
In addition, Dallas FC will also receive 15 percent of Reynolds' total transfer value in the future. "Coupled with a number of performance bonuses, the value of Reynolds' transfer to Rome is estimated to reach more than 11 million euros," wrote the Transfermarkt report.
Previously, Reynolds was the target of a number of Italian clubs. No half-hearted, the defending Serie A champion, Juventus, is reportedly interested in bringing the player who graduated from the Dallas FC academy. Weston McKennie's slick performance with the Old Lady this season has made the Bianconeri begin to glance at players from the United States.
Apart from Juventus, there is also Benevento who is also interested in borrowing Reynolds. However, the U-17 United States national team player prefers to join I Giallorossi.
Reportedly, the smooth negotiation between the US and Reynolds representatives could not be separated from the role of the vice president of AS Roma, Ryan Friedkin. The businessman from the United States was even directly involved in the negotiation process for Reynolds' recruitment last November.
