Bayern Munich ready to offer third bid for signing Mane
2022-06-21 22:42MUENCHEN -- Bayern Munich seems adamant to be able to bring Sadio Mane. After receiving rejection from Liverpool in the last two bids, Die Bayern are said to have prepared a third bid proposal for the Reds to release the Senegalese striker.
In the latest bid proposal to Liverpool, Munich is rumored to have offered a total transfer fee of up to 30 million pounds. This transfer fee consists of a transfer value of 23.5 million pounds plus various bonuses of around 6.5 million pounds.
This is the second offer that Bayern have made in order to attract Mane. Previously, Munich persuaded the Reds to release Mane with a transfer value of 21.5 million pounds. However, the two offers were flatly rejected by Liverpool management.
These two rejections did not stop Bayern from being able to bring in the 30-year-old striker. The management of Die Bayern is said to be preparing a third bid proposal to Liverpool to release the former Southampton striker.
''In the third offer, Munich are ready to offer a transfer value of 30 million pounds, not including the bonus related to appearances which reached 4.3 million pounds. In total, Munich is ready to disburse funds of around 35 million pounds,'' wrote the Bild report, Tuesday (14/6/2022).
The bid figure from Munich is quite close to the transfer value Liverpool wanted in Mane's move. Based on reports from the Daily Mail , the Reds are said to be ready to release a collector of 23 goals from 51 appearances in all competitions this season for a transfer fee of no less than 42 million pounds.
On the other hand, Mane is reportedly increasingly confident of leaving Liverpool in the transfer window this season. Liverpool's success in reaching an agreement with Benfica regarding the transfer of Darwin Nunez is said to have made Mane more confident about ending his career with the Reds.
The striker, who is still under contract with Liverpool until 2023, is also reported to have negotiated with the Munich management. As a result, Mane has reached a personal agreement with Die Bayern. The Bavarian club became the former RB Salzburg striker's first choice when leaving Liverpool.
