Leicester relegated from Premier League chairman says they will be back

Leicester City have struggled this season and were relegated from the Premier League to the Championship, with club chairman Ayawat Srivathanabrapa suggesting they will be back.

The Srivathanabrapa family has owned Leicester City since 2010, and Ayawat took over the team in 2018 after his father passed away. In the 2013/14 season, Leicester City successfully won the British Championship and rose to the Premier League. In the 2015/16 Premier League, he once won the championship. After that the club's results were mediocre until this season was terrible. This season, Leicester City has 34 points, is ranked 17th in the rankings, and is in the relegation zone, so it will be in the English Championship next season.

Ayawat released a statement saying: "Relegation is undoubtedly a major setback for the club, but it will not define us. Today we recall sharing the pain of the loss and relegation, but we will be back."

"We're in a tough situation today, but the progress we've made as a club over the past 13 years has given me the confidence to build again. The past season has been tough for all of us and relegation is the last thing in the league. As a result, we haven't been good enough during this period."

"In the days to come, we need to reflect on what brought us to where we are today. We need to learn from it and turn our setbacks into motivation so we can come out stronger and prevent things like this from happening in the future."

Ayawat mentioned that some fans attacked the team and even insulted him, and asked Ayawat to sell the club, but Ayawat said that he would not do this because he also received encouragement and support from some fans.
