Liverpool head coach Jürgen Klopp denies resign speculation, saying "my job is to find solutions, not hide away from problems"..

Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp said after the club's 1-0 loss to hosts Nottingham Forest at City Ground on Saturday that he would never resign just because of the team's poor form, and he was not in the kind of people who would run away whenever things had gone bad.

According to a report from Liverpool ECHO on Sunday, Klopp pointed out his thoughts on the matter of being speculated to be considering to resign and leave the club after being fed up with the club's poor run of form, when being interviewed by the presenter of British media BT Sport TV host at the post-match press conference on that matchday.

Klopp said: "Honestly, I'm not affected by these noise. I understand 100 per cent why people makes would make such speculation, but for me it is different. I have never been fired in my career, I really can't explain why this is happening."

"When I was in trouble at a club I was coaching, I never felt like someone wanted me to leave. That's what happened to me. Besides that, the pressure I put on myself is lot bigger than what people thinks what I can handle."

"I know that when things aren't going well for the team lately, I don't have a perfect solution. But I'm not going to be the kind to just say: 'Okay! It's all the head coach's fault', shirks the blame and walks away."

"If I felt like I was going to be the one who thought that, I would have been the first to raise my hand and say, 'Ladies and gentlemen, my mission at the club ends here." You can believe it 100 percent."

"But that's not the case, it's my job to try to find solutions for the team, not hide away when there's a danger or a tough issue."

"The noise coming from outside are often just pure talk, and I never listen to them and respond."

Liverpool, who was close to challenging Manchester City and Real Madrid for the quadruple last season, had been ridiculed by many people due to the injuries of many players, psychological factors and other reasons this season for not being able to show its class like they used to do in the past.

The Reds who have endured their worst start in 7 years will face Ajax in the Champions League in midweek, looking to bounce back and secure qualification to the next round following last weekend's loss to Nottingham Forest.

Although Klopp has refuted the rumours that he will resign off, however judging from the statement which he made that he criticized the players that he did not understand why the team could not win in this Premier League fixture in another post-match press conference, it is indeed easy to feel that the German head coach is extremely disappointed with the psychological factors that Liverpool players had, having not been able to toughen up after their recent defeats.
