Manchester City defender Walker faces investigation over obscenity

Manchester City right-back Kyle Walker was investigated by police on Wednesday for allegedly indecent assault.

The local police report stated: "On Wednesday, March 8, Cheshire Police became aware of a video circulating on social media related to an alleged indecent incident in the Wilmslow area."

"The investigation is at an early stage and no arrests have been made at this time."

According to the "The Sun" report, Walker molested a woman at 5 pm on the 4th of this month at a bar in Manchester's Muslow. Guardiola granted Walker and his team-mates a two-day holiday after Manchester City beat Newcastle 2-0 last weekend. GOAL learned that Walker returned to the team on time on Tuesday to participate in joint training.

"The Sun" stated that the 32-year-old Manchester City defender arrived at the bar with his friends at 5:23 p.m. on the same day, and was intimate with several women when he was drunk - including kissing and stroking his chest from behind, but none of them were Walker's wife Annie Kilner Anne Kilner.

Later, Walker opened his sweatpants to a group of women, exposing his private parts in public. He was next to a woman who screamed and pointed at Walker. A few minutes later, Walker made a similar move. Around 6:50 p.m., Walker left the bar drunk and staggering.

All of the above is documented on video. According to the British Sexual Offenses Act 2003, if a person deliberately exposes his private parts with the intention of being seen and causing panic, it constitutes the crime of indecent exposure. "The Sun" stated that once convicted, Walker will face imprisonment or a fine.

As of now, the agents of Manchester City and Walker have declined to comment on this. However, there are many indications that Manchester City will not take punitive measures against Walker. They believe that this is a personal problem of the player.
