"He is very humble, very respectful and at the same time has a character that demands to get the ball and make decisions that are not normal for his age. We need that leadership and that is evident with his attitude and appearance," Arteta said as quoted by the Sky Sports website .

As a young player, Saka has scored four goals and two assists. Arteta admitted that it was not natural for a player as young as Saka.

"He always asks to train more to improve in areas he can do better. There is one thing for sure, which is producing the finish in the penalty box to score goals or assist assists. He does it more often," said Arteta.

Arteta realizes that Saka's journey is still very long. He admits Saka still has time to improve his quality and show it on the pitch.

"He was very consistent throughout the season, we played him in different positions and he adapted well. His finish, his key passes, his link-up play was good, it was a really strong performance today," said Arteta.

Saka was also the savior of Arsenal who experienced a crisis during boxing day. Arteta admits that there are still many challenges that will be faced by Saka and the team going forward. So it takes more hard work to get a place in European competitions.

"We still have a lot of things to do. There is a lot to recover, much to improve. But be humble, train well and prepare for the next game," said Arteta.
