On Tuesday, Valencia confirmed the renewal of midfielder Javi Guerra until June 2027.

The contract between Valencia and Guerra will expire this summer, and this renewal is based on the original contract for 4 years. The club also set a release clause worth 100 million euros for Guerra.

Harvey Guerra was born in Valencia on May 13, 2003. At the age of 16, he just switched from Villarreal to Los Murcielagos. On January 16, 2022, at the age of 19 years and 117 days, he made his professional debut as a substitute in the 1/8 finals of the King's Cup.

So far, Guerra has played a total of 7 times and scored 1 goal for Valencia.

"I am very happy and thankful for the club's continued trust in me. Today is a very important day because I am very comfortable in Valencia. A dream comes true," Guerra told state media after signing.

"With this contract extension, I want to continue playing for a club that gives the opportunity to pursue my dreams and continue to achieve more."

"I had to constantly improve myself to get to where I am. I believe that through hard work and sacrifice, this opportunity has come."
