PSG won over Caen with 1-0 in French Cup, with Neymar


Paris Saint-Germain reached the last 32 of the French Cup with a 1-0 win at Ligue 2 side Caen.


As Kylian Mbappe and Marquinhos on the bench, PSG struggled against Caen.


The game started with a fierce attack from Caen, while PSG started a few threatening counter-attacks from the 33rd minute.


In 33rd minute, Neymar breakthrough into the left side of the box and took a shot, but his stroke was missed to the right. 


And then Julian Draxler header from the centre of the box which assisted by Neymar with a cross in 42nd minute, but missed to the left. 


Both sides had no obviously chances to create a clear chance opening half, yet PSG broke the deadlock just three minutes after break.


Moise Kean shot from close range from Neymar's cross at the end of a counter attack, and giving Paris a 1-0 lead.


But Neymar went down after two successive offended by Alexis Beka Beka and Steeve Yago, and left the field to be replaced by Mbappe in 57th minute.


"There's something with his adductor [muscle]. It will be checked by the medical staff tomorrow," PSG coach Mauricio Pochettino told a news conference.
