Steve Bruce Gets New Coaching Staff Member

Jones left the Cherries after joining Jason Tindall's coaching staff.

NEWCASTLE - Newcastle United manager Steve Bruce confirmed the arrival of Graeme Jones to help him. Jones will come from the Cherries to Tyneside in the next 24 hours.

Jones left the Cherries after becoming coaching staff for Jason Tindall in August. He went on to lead AFC Bournemouth. Reporting from the Borunemouthe Echo website , this 50-year-old man was allowed to speak to Newcastle by the club.

"He's coming and hopefully we can get him in the next 24 hours," said Bruce.

"With what happened in the last few weeks, we made the coaches sick and that's when it became famous," said Bruce.

Jones's own success began when he helped Roberto Martinez to win the FA Cup for Wigan in 2013. He also helped Belgium to become the third winner of the World Cup.

Jones' relationship with Newcastle is not new either. He had worked as a community club coach at Newcastle in the 90s.

"He is a Newcastle fan and that is what adds value, he wants to work at his hometown club," said Bruce.
