The final 26-man squad for Switzerland's 2022 World Cup in Qatar has been revealed. The 30-year-old Arsenal midfielder Xhaka led the lineup, with Sommer, Shaqiri, Akanji and Zakaria all selected.


Switzerland coach Murat Yakin announced the 26-man squad for the World Cup in Qatar on Wednesday. Among them, former Bayern midfielder Shaqiri is the most experienced player in the current team competition. This World Cup will be the third World Cup in his career.
