Shown with a 4-2-3-1 pattern, AC Milan played more explosively despite being the guest team. Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who played the role of pounding interpreter several times threatened the host's goal.

Ibrahimovic also played a role in the first goal in the sixth minute. His pass to Rafael Leao's feet managed to bear the Rossoneri's first point in the 16th minute.

Bologna, who tried to catch up, got a disaster when Adama Soumaoro was sent off due to a red card.

In the second half, Bologna corrected the error by entering four substitutes. The change in tactics had resulted in one point when Ibrahimovic made a blunder in the 49th minute.

AC Milan conceded again in the 52nd minute through Musa Barrow who kicked the ball right into the right corner of the opponent's goal.

But disaster hit Bologna again. Already playing with 10 men, Bologna again lost players as Roberto Soriano was sent off after the referee watched a replay on VAR.

Losing the number of players to make Milan take advantage of the situation. Ismael Bennacer again brought his team ahead through a goal in the 84th minute.

Ibrahimovic, who had a blunder, finally made amends through his goal in the 90th minute as well as closing the drama of the match.

With full points, AC Milan is ranked first in the Serie A standings with a collection of 25 points. Even so, Milan is still overshadowed by Napoli who are in second place with 24 points.
