Williamson fears endometriosis could affect women's Euros campaign

England women's national team captain Leah Williamson says she suffers from endometriosis and fears it could miss the European Championship.

Endometriosis occurs when tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows elsewhere, usually in the pelvis.

Williamson led England to their first Grand Slam title as they beat Germany in the Euro final in July in front of a record home crowd.
